Right On Time
For there is a proper time and procedure for every delight, though a person’s trouble is heavy upon him. Ecclesiastes 8:6
Have you ever felt like you are running behind? You are expected to be somewhere at a certain time but all the things that you have left to do, if done, would cause you to be late. You look at the clock and think, oh no, I am behind. And that is a troubling feeling. No one likes to feel like they are behind on any day at any given time. So often we plan our schedules and routines to get us where we need to be by a certain time. However, even though we plan our steps, it is the Lord who directs them and ensures we arrive at the proper time. He is always aware of your comings and goings and He is faithfully on time. So instead of looking at the clock and believing you are behind, start believing you are right on time. Then relax, stay calm and focus on the things you need to do. The Lord will take care of the rest! Jesus never ran around panicking and He certainly never worried about being behind and neither should you!
Bottomline: Be encouraged today that you are not behind, but instead right on time.
